Arbor District Neighborhood Association annual meeting

The Arbor District is a dynamic and changing neighborhood, bordering downtown Carbondale and the SIU campus, with a unique cultural history including Buckminster Fuller's personal dome home.

Our neighborhood association is holding its annual meeting on February 22nd, at 1pm in the Parish Hall at Francis Xavier Church; 303 S Poplar Street (enter from Elm Street side).

We are excited to invite anyone in the city to join us, whether you live in the Arbor District or you just want to drop by and see what we are up to. If you are someone who has lived here a long time, or you just got here recently, we know that you are helping make this a special place, and we would love to involve you in our work.

So please come, learn about community events & civic participation, meet neighbors new and old, and find out about ways you can be involved throughout the year!
